2022-A ~ Amends the rules for marijuana pharmacies, to repeal the requirement for personnel to obtain a Therapeutic Marijuana (TM) designation, to clarify that any personnel in a marijuana pharmacy may sell marijuana products after they have been dispensed by the pharmacist, to remove the restriction against pharmacy technician candidates practicing in a marijuana pharmacy, and to remove 'referral' as a synonym for recommendation.
