Returning Applicants and Credential Holders
Please do not register a new account. Your credential information is linked to your existing account only.
If you have ever applied for any credential with the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy, you already have a username and password even if you have never logged in. Please use the provided "Forgot UserID" and/or "Forgot Password" links, in that order, if you do not know your login information. If you are unable to retrieve your username and password, you must email your updated email address to licensing@pharmacy.la.gov.
After logging in you may:
- Renew or reinstate your credential
- Update your credential status or schedules
- Upload documents
- Pay outstanding fees
- Change your address
- Change your employment (pharmacy personnel)
- Change your email address
- Check the status of your pending application or other submission
- Generate and download credential lists (click link for instructions)
The Louisiana Board of Pharmacy no longer accepts documents through email. All documents must be submitted through the Online Services Portal.

All activities occur on a secure server. This secure server encrypts all information, using Secure Sockets Layer - SSL technology. This includes your user name, password, billing information, credit card number, expiration date and all renewal information. In order to use this secure zone of our website, your computer must have web browser software capable of 128 bit encryption. The newest versions of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox can provide this level of encryption.
