Therapeutic Marijuana Pharmacy Permits

Effective January 1, 2025, the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy no longer permits or regulates therapeutic marijuana pharmacies.

These facilities have been renamed as medical marijuana dispensaries and transferred to the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH). All questions regarding these facilities should be directed to that agency.
