RS.LA:49:1308 requires internet publication of certain information concerning permits and licenses including; a description of each license or permit issued, full text of current applications, a checklist of all items required to complete the application process, name / contact information of the agency representative responsible for responding to inquiries about the status of an application, anticipated timelines for approval of an application, and copies of annual legislative reports as required.
