2021-G ~ Creates a new section of rules within Chapter 1 to list all of the fees charged for the credentialing of persons and businesses as well as fees for products and services.
     11-17-2021 - Regulation Revision Committee voted to recommend the approval of Draft #3.
     11-17-2021 - Board approved Draft #3 for promulgation upon the instruction of the President.
     12-30-2021 - Incorporated into Regulatory Project 2022-2.

2021-F ~ Amends Sec. 521 of the Board's rules relative to medication administration, to add pharmacy technicians to the education and training requirement, to remove the requirement to obtain a separate medication administration registration from the Board, and to update the rules for pharmacy interns, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacies to incorporate new medication administration standards.
     08-03-2021 - Regulation Revision Committee reviewed Draft #1, requested corrections and clarifications, then voted to recommend to the Board their approval of Draft #2.
     08-18-2021 - Board approved Draft #2 for promulgation upon the instruction of the President.
     11-10-2021 - Incorporated into Regulatory Project 2021-4.
     03-20-2022 - Final Rule published in Louisiana Register, effective today.

2021-E ~ Revises the rule for CDS licenses for hemp facilities, to remove the laboratory accreditation requirement.
     08-03-2021 - Regulation Review Committee voted to recommend to the Board their approval of Draft #1.
     08-18-2021 - Board approved Draft #1 for promulgation upon the instruction of the President.
     11-10-2021 - Incorporated into Regulatory Project 2021-3.
     03-20-2022 - Final Rule published in Louisiana Register, effective today.

2021-D ~ Revises the medical marijuana rule to implement the provisions of Act 424 of the 2021 Legislature, which authorizes the use of raw marijuana for therapeutic purposes.
     08-03-2021 - Regulation Revision Committee reviewed Draft #3, then requested staff consult Dept. of Agriculture re testing standards.
     11-17-2021 - Committee reviewed Draft #6 and voted to recommend its approval to the Board.
     11-17-2021 - Board reviewed Draft #6, requested an amendment, then voted to approve Draft #7 for promulgation upon the instruction of the President.
     02-10-2022 - Incorporated into Regulatory Project 2022-1.

2021-C ~ Prescriptions ~Revises Section 2511 of the Board's rules relative to prescriptions to add a definitive list of practitioners authorized to issue prescriptions as well as a requirement for pharmacies to transfer filled and unfilled prescriptions when requested by the patient.  Section 2519 is revised to require pharmacies requesting refill authorization from prescribers to differentiate those requested by patients from those requested by pharmacies.
     01-26-2021 - Regulation Revision Committee reviewed Draft #1 and requested an amendment and additional time to review the proposal.  Deferred further action until next committee meeting.
     01-05-2022 - Committee reviewed Draft #2 and requested further amendments.
     02-02-2022 - Committee reviewed Draft #3 and requested further amendments.
     04-27-2022 - Committee scheduled to review Draft #4.
     07-27-2022 - Committee scheduled to review Draft #5 
    10-11-2022  - Committee scheduled to review Draft #6  
     10-11-2022 - Committee reviewed Draft #6, requested an amendment, then voted to recommend to the Board their approval of Draft #7
     11-16-2022 - Board approved Draft #7 for promulgation upon the instruction from the President and incorporated into Regulatory Project 2023-01.

2021-B ~ Revises the rules for marijuana pharmacies to require them to transfer a physician's recommendation for marijuana products when requested to do so by the patient or his caregiver.
               01-26-2021 - Regulation Revision Committee voted to recommend to the Board their approval of Draft #1.
               02-24-2021 - Board approved Draft #1 for promulgation upon the instruction of the President.
               04-05-2021 - Incorporated into Regulatory Project 2021-2.
               08-20-2021 - Final Rule published in Louisiana Register, effective today.

2021-A ~ Revises the rules for collaborative drug therapy management.
               01-26-2021 - Regulation Revision Committee voted to recommend to the Board their approval of Draft #1.
               02-24-2021 - Board approved Draft #1 for promulgation upon the instruction of the President.
