2026-C - Pharmacy Interns Professional Experience Hours - This proposal seeks amend Section 705 of the Board's rules to reduce the experience requirement of a pharmacist supervising a pharmacy intern. 

  • 02-03-2026 - The Regulation Revision Committee developed Draft #1 while conducting its annual review of rules.
  • 02-03-2026 - Committee approved Draft #1 for submission to the Board for consideration.
  • 02-25-2026 - Board scheduled to consider Draft #1 .
  • 02-25-2026 - Board approved the proposal and it became Regulatory Project 2026-07.

 

2026-B - Advertising - This proposal seeks to amend Section 1115.B of the Board's rules.

  • 02-03-2026 - The Regulation Revision Committee is scheduled to consider Draft #1 .
  • 02-03-2026 - Committee approved Draft #1 for submission to the Board for consideration.
  • 02-25-2026 - Board scheduled to consider Draft #1 .
  • 02-25-2026 - Board approved the proposal and it became Regulatory Project 2026-06.

 

2026-A - Off-Site Services - This proposal seeks to amend Section 1139 of the Board's rules to include "final product verification" in the definition of Remote Processing Services.

  • 02-25-2026 - Board scheduled to consider Draft #1 .
  • 02-25-2026 - Board approved the proposal and it became Regulatory Project 2026-05.
