Board Issues Bulletin No. 16-01
New Laws from 2016 LegislatureThe Regular Session of the 2016 Legislature adjourned on June 6. Just over 2,400 bills and resolutions were filed for consideration during the session. Some of the bills adopted by the legislature will affect pharmacy practice. Some of them were signed by the Governor with an immediate effective date, and some of them will become effective on August 1. Some of them require no action by the Board and are in effect now, but some of them require the Board to develop and adopt rules before the activity is permitted.
