Workforce Commission
For those pharmacies submitting claims related to workers' compensation, a rule published in March 2012 requires the 'pharmacist's ID' as one of the minimum required data elements in the claim. In response to mulitple questions from pharmacies, the Workforce Commission issued a bulletin clarifying that term to mean the pharmacy's National Provider Identification (NPI) number.
