RxSentry® Orientation Course
The Username and Password for the course are identical.
The participant should enter the first letter of their first name, followed immediately by the full last name, followed immediately by the last four digits of the social security number; the letters should be in upper case and there should be no spaces, special characters, prefixes or suffixes.
(For example: John Doe with SSN XXX-XX-1234 would be JDOE1234).
